I live in London, and I’m published in travel photography,though I also work across fashion and advertising photography. My background is in advertising, and I worked for over 10 years as a copywriter and art director at UK advertising agencies.
I’ve been taking pictures seriously for over 20 years now, and I shoot on both film (Leica R and M for 35mm, Hasselblad 6x6 for Medium Format) and digital formats (Canon 5D / 20D DSLR). You can visit my site at: www.markandreani.com
My main aim, in founding The Circle, was to create an online group for an international group of professional photographers working in travel, documentary and reportage photography. I wanted to create a site that would combine the talents of photographers’ whose work I admired, and which would, in turn, inspire my own work. I wanted to create a forum for the exchange of ideas and information amongst like-minded professionals, and I wanted the society’s site to link to, and to promote, its members’ work, through an online presence and published compilations of work.
