I have been creating images and telling stories through them since I was old enough to scribble with a pencil and while taking up photography was a natural progression from this, it didn’t happen until
6 years ago. Since then, most of the images I’ve created have been photographic.
People are by far my favorite subject matter. I particularly enjoy photographing in South East Asia and India. The amazing diversity, assortment of colours and ancient cultures still surviving into the present day are the things that excite me most.
My recent photographic journey led me to some of the most remote and least known tribal regions of India. As tribal cultures disappear all around the world at an increasingly alarming rate, it has become more important than ever to visually record what still remains. This is what I plan for my photographic projects in the near future.
